There’s no way to verify that the commentary was actually written by a young law student named John J. Wall. Aside from the popular “Divorce Agreement” commentary that has been making the rounds for seven years, there’s no online footprint for a young conservative law student with that name.
The commentary has been widely circulated in forwarded email and message boards, and supposedly Liberal lawyers have even responded to the “Divorce Agreement” with commentaries that have also been widely circulated.
Aside from tracking down original postings and trying to verify the identities of authors, there’s nothing more can be done with these types of commentaries.
